In the Indonesian market, getting any bike larger than a 250cc comes with EXTREME tax penalties, like the kind that make the bike cost THREE TIMES it's normal price.

That's why they mod their 250's, not JUST because it's cooler, but because it's cheaper.

Oh and if performance wasn't a concern, then the Turbo mod bumping nearly 60hp wouldn't exist....
