IF he is REALLY worried about it. Pull over call the cops out get the motorcyclist a ticket for speeding. Swerving to block and almost kill someone is not an appropriate response, EVER. Flip him off, but dont swerve all over the road trying to keep up with him putting even MORE people in danger...
