After wearing it for about 15 minutes (and as I am typing this) it is starting to feel more comfortable, I think.

My only two complaints
1. It does feel a bit tight against my cheeks. It feels like they're being perked up and I feel like I'll look like a chipmunk for as long I am wearing the helmet. I know it's supposed to be tight and secure but it isn't what I would call comfortable. I think my forehead is turning red lol

2. it's kind of painful to put it on and take it off. I plan on returning it.

Few things I notice:

I can tell that they really made an attempt at noise reduction. I mean, I can't really tell you a lot because I don't have a bike. I realize that the helmet reduces noise a lot more when the visor is closed even compared to when it's opened the smallest amount.

It's got that new helmet smell.

my glasses fit fine.

I'm wondering why the visor lifter is on the MY left side of the helmet. Shouldn't it be on the right if your left hand is going to be on the clutch at a stop sometimes? Or maybe it's Shoei's way of saying they don't want you to be lifting your visor unless you are in neutral. ::
