It turns out the 2009 Chrysler Town and Country is a minivan. I was thinking it was like a Town Car.

But if you are in a similar situation, and are wearing full gear, and you can make it over the top of the vehicle, then your accident could be no worse than a low side. (But not for the bike.)

I still haven't gotten 100% confirmation, but I think that its possible that he got a 600 and didn't tell anyone here. Hence the different color and year.

I'm going to try and get my hands on the accident report. No disrespect to Doerrman intended, but there are some unanswered questions that could help others avoid similar situations. There is no question that the cager is 100% at fault, but was Doerrman on his cell phone at the time? If so, that could have slowed his reaction time down. Exactly how did the helmet fail? Questions like that.
