It's a nice 51F out now and the stock CDI works fine, but after warming up the bike properly and swapping it out for the BRT-TIS just for kicks, it's definitely the BRT-TIS that's messing up since the bike would go crazy around 4.5-5k rpms and not go any higher. Also, thank you for the links.
