Do you have LEDs all around or just in the front. If you just have them in the front all you need is to hook up a resistor since the power draw from the led isn't enough to activate the stock relay. A 8-10 ohm resistor should solve the problem.

If you have LEDs all around, just go to this thread and the ~4th post from the bottom has pics and such for the diode installation for all around LEDs.
