I don't know how much a normal plug wrench costs, but I'm pretty sure it's more than the OEM tool and it will likely require you to remove the tank where the OEM one articulates to get under the tank. I see that is costs about $20 new online (Part number 92110-1132), so it should cost less from an owner parting out the used OEM toolkit.
