If they're off, screw the idle mix screws in just until they stop turning. Then count in 1/2 turn increments, and back them out 2.5 turns. That will get the screws roughly where they should be.

Ill have to take the carbs off and see I cannot remember if they were there or not. I'm not even 100% sure I hooked everything up right. I tried finding a diagram of were things went but I didn't so I kinda just guessed.
I tried turning the throttle while turning off choked and the bike died.
I wish I was a little more educated with bike maintenance and knew what I was doing. At this point I am mainly reading and trying to apply it!
