You're right about the 2nd part, wrong about the 1st. The bike can't reach rev limited top speed on stock gearing, no matter how long a straightaway you have, because it simply doesn't make enough power to overcome aerodynamic drag. The point at which power produced=power required is just under 100 mph in stock form. If you are really small and do some streamlining tricks, you might crack the ton without any tuning mods.
