realistically it is very very difficult to determine how this will compare for you without other information, flow inside any vessel is determined by several things including pressure, velocity, vessel size, surface attachment, is the flow laminar and in what areas, ect ect ect

now you do have a few things that can help identify cell boundaries. for one you can assume that source flow is the same between setups, and since your using a area p header on both you can set your flow boundary at the silencer joint. from here you need to look at the dimensioning of the two vessels. what are there sizes, lengths, what does the transition look like, what internally does the silencer look like, what mediums are used, ect

from there we can give your some general idea of the expected outcome for flow
