Well, in the UK they made all their announcements during early October (
source). I suspect the announcements will be made around the same time this year.
Are you considering waiting around to see what the 2013 Ninja's will be like? If you are, then maybe pickup a cheap pre-2008 ninjette in the mean time.
You're gonna totally love your ninjette when you get it! I was just out on mine. It makes travelling around so enjoyable. I wasn't even riding fast today: just slowly puttering along in the rain enjoying the sights, the ride and my pretty green (fastest colour) ninjette
