YouTube says it should be live and ready by 11:30am EST though.
EDIT: it's live now (can't sleep....) I applied some video stabilization using YouTubes new enhancement feature so it should be less shaky in a little bit. It's digital stabilization so it sucks.. but meh |

the long threaded rod... BENT! im using the short threaded rod for now, but its seriously not in a comfy spot. it would be perfect with a longer rod.
