I wear glasses with my Qwest. They were super uncomfortable at first, not sitting on my ears and nose bridge, and instead floating by being held against my head. Once the helmet padding softened and becam a little more shapely (two weeks of riding), and after removing the think rubber on the ends of the frame arms, they are pretty much unnoticeable. If they sit to close to your face, at least in my case, they tend to fog, but otherwise problem free.
