I just have a quick question.

Can an experienced 250 rider beat a 600cc supersport around a track? Or is it almost impossible because the supersports are built for the track. What made me think of it was the top gear episode where the girl drives a van around the Nurburgring almost as fast as Jeremy drives a sports car.
