I agree with Matt about the two piece end cap looking better (shown on black zx10). If I knew it was possible to get an 18" quiet core with that old style end cap I would order one...tomorrow.
Otherwise I would prefer the bent spout.
I wonder are there other significant differences between the two flat end caps besides weight and complexity?
