All the responses point out what a great streetbike the EX250 is; everyone needs one in their stable. If I had only one bike this would be it.
For a second bike, I'd go with a larger displacement bike for touring and 2-up riding. My 550 Vision is OK , but the little Ninja's better handling and brakes make me want something newer and better performing. I've been pretty impressed with a buddy's BMW, I'm not sure what model it is but its fast, roomy, comfortable and efficient.
