The item I re-paid for is a t-shirt. It has to be the lowest base cost item I purchased.
If the seller sends me the shirt, he will get all positive feedback. If he simply refunds my money again with no contact, he gets all negative.

I actually can't leave feedback till after 7 days, so tomorrow (Saturday) will be the earliest I can leave neg feedback.
Still waiting on the t-shirt or another refund.....
