First ride and am going to need some major carb work. I re jetted the carbs with a 110 jet after putting a k&n filter on and a slip on exhaust. Getting on the throttle it's a bit laggy and I haven't revved her up to high yet, because it is now 9pm.

The biggest thing I noticed were the brakes! They seem terrible, my past bike was a Ducati 748s with two big brembos, but holy **** these brakes seemed terrible. They have no bite and with it takes a lot of pressure on the brake lever to get her slowed down. Someone please help. I have a steel line and the front brake has been bled correctly too!
