Also, who said anything about a personal apology??? If the seller has the ability to list over 7000 items for sale, I am pretty sure that he has the ability to generate a mass email that could have been send to anyone who bought these items. Instead, he chose to make the "Dick Move" and simply refund $$ with no communication what so ever.
I am still waiting on a refund for 2 of my items.
Just because I "understand" what happened does not exonerate the seller of responsibility.
