Just died..

Open cap, flash light, look as deep as possible, Any dirt along
bottom, new filter minimum. Drain float bowl into wad of paper
towels, lookin for sediment , dirt. Be sure to have 'square'
fitment of screw driver into drain screw.
EASY WAY TO CHECK FOR VAC LEAK, engine running, lightly
.5 sec spray WD-40 on rubber boots between carbs & cylinder
head, & airbox boots. ... If RPM 's rise , suckin richer mixture
there is a leak drawing in more combustable source than air.
When opening the choke on a warm eng. = Dirty main jets/
Carb. Worse case , get running, clear area , 3rd gear, 3,000
+ rpm Wide open throttle, then rotate choke open/full.
More than likely it will stumble, then take off. There's a slight
chance this will pull dirt thru, but don't hold your breath.
Buy a service manual, & read it. Clymer , Chilton, factory
Manuals don't have as descriptive instructions as the others.
You should have more tools than what under the seat, but
those tool would be good start to duplicate.
