just my opinion.

what i would pay and what most people would sell them for do not line up. if the wheels are true, i would pay $200 for both without rotors or bearings. i believe if you replace a wheel, just spend the extra 20$ and replace the bearings at the same time. you wont regret it and at worst you have an extra set of used bearings.

rotors are another story. i probably wouldn't buy a used rotor. that's just me though
