Fair enough. I'm human, as are most of us, with a full-time gig, like most of us. I review posts that get reported. Believe it or not, the first and only reported post in this thread in months was Jeff's as it evidently was starting to get out of hand. Now it seems like a pile-on where people are doing their best to step in front of some uber-present ban hammer to make a point, and I don't get it. If folks are really up in arms about how other people are behaving, it's really easy to express that displeasure with a click; it's that red triangle sitting right under their avatar. I'll review 'em, and if it's a clear violation, I'll make the best choice under the circumstances.
But I have to wonder, what's the point in this case? Is it better just to lock this thread and move on?
