I can't say what exactly the english cops have (full leathers, Arai RX-7, gloves & boots) but the Irish have daytona boots, Arai RX-7 lid, fully armoured custom made leathers & pretty beefy gloves. Wet weather gear goes over the leathers.
On top of that they are very skilled, I've seen them throw fully laden dullvilles around like they weigh nothing
