Glad you were able to get home and walk away.

It does unfortunately happen to too many of us. The thing you need to do from this is learn. Don't beat yourself up - that's what we're here

I put mine down on the third ride - after I had spent the night before cleaning it up. Let your mind heal and get on again but take it slow. I would recommend riding by yourself for a while. Other riders often support us, but I felt pressured to push myself to keep up. It's not worth it.

Finally, if you haven't already look at taking a MSF class it's a great foundation to build the rest of your safe riding career on!
