I've found myself getting into bad posture when I'm not actively paying attention how I ride. It's something I've found myself and a lot of other riders fall into. If it's not you putting pressure on different areas than you usually do than I wouldn't know what else it is. I wouldn't really know what else could do it besides a real medical problem.
