Ah yes, sleepy pee-pee. Common to bicycle riders and I'd imagine more common to motorcyclist than we are admitting.

If I am riding longer distances I wear a pair of bicycle shorts, the ones with the chamois in the crotch, and they help out a lot. In the article it says that a softer seat may make the problem worse.
