You should either follow Jiggles instructions or the instructions to clean the F-18 engine with seafoam - either should fix your past issues.

To clean fuel injectors and carburetor jets, add 1 oz. Sea Foam to each gallon of fuel. It will slowly clean varnish and deposits as you drive.
