The retrofit source if you're looking to do a full retrofit.

If you're not, you're gonna be putting out a ton of glare. (DDM tuning kits seem to work fine and don't cost much)

Your high beam should still be halogen because HID's take a minute to warm up and you want your high beam to come on right away so you can flash if needed. It's also hard on HID bulbs to turn them on and off.

For real though, all this info is already on here. Plenty of people have popped an HID kit in their headlight.
