came across this link, and quickly decided to try one out. It's a "no-cut" flasher for the 2008 Ninja 250R's rear brake light. Basically, you take off your rear seat, you unplug the brake light harness, and plug this gadget in between, you stick the small unit into an empty spot with the included 2-sided tape, and you're done. I just finished installing it, it works exactly as described, and is a piece of cake to install (and uninstall, if you like).
You have a choice of having it flash about 5 times then go solid, or about 10 times and go solid, by cutting the green wire. I've attached a PDF of the ebay auction which includes detailed pics. Looking at the web page, it appears that you don't have to "buy it now" through ebay, you can just paypal him directly from the website.
