I have the same question. They are usually called "frame caps," as they are stylized plastic caps that cover holes in the frame. The 2008+ bikes have four of them: two small, two large. They are not in the diagram you linked to. The ones we're asking about are the ones that cover the swingarm pivot bolt. In other words, to access the bolt that attaches the swingarm to the frame, you must pull off the round cap to reveal a deep hole in the frame. To remove the swingarm, you must then stick a socket into the frame hole with an extension. No one's asking you to go that far. These caps come right off with your hand and are often lost accidentally.
