I've started to do a lot of the same (not that I am, by any means, a heffer) things; eating better, more often, cutting out sugary drinks and snacks, adding in extra cardio (even if it is parking on the opposite side of the parking lot to walk further). I even fashioned a traingle stand for the back of a mountain bike, so I can spend half of an hour to 45 minutes watching my favorite show and exercising.
The only I don't do is weigh myself. I have no idea what my weight is, but I do know my pants are getting looser and I feel better.
