Most likely you'll need to shim your needles. It's basically the same idea as a slip-on; just an open can.

For reference: any time that you make changes to the exhaust or intake, expect to need to make slight changes to your bike's jetting. If it turns out that the bike doesn't need any jetting changes made, that's a nifty little perk.
