GSXR shock head was heated and the inner metal sleeve was pressed out. (same with the 250 stock shock) The rubber circumference turned rough. Then the metal inner sleeve from the 250 shock was pressed in. (Before pressing in, silicone was smeared on the rougher inner edge. The sleeve secured rock solid and thereby the thickness of the sleeve was not compromised.
