I just finished installing a 15T/41T setup. So far I really like it. Shifting feels "right" to me now. I wanted to drop 1k RPM so I could get a bit more speed and stay between 5k and 6k (best MPG range) on my commute. This gearing gets me 55 at 5.5k RPM which is perfect for me. The guys that are into hypermiling the 250 recommend this gearing as well. I'll be going on a 100mile ride tomorrow and see what kind of mileage I get. I was getting high 60's/low 70's with original 14T/45T gearing.

I know there's a 7th gear here somewhere...
Changing to 15T/41T, now I'll get that 7th gear, lol.
