My truck has the cheapest gray steel wheels that you could get on it, so I figured since they were getting a little rough and crusty, I'd upgrade them on the cheap. I think I spent roughly 20 dollars, and I think they came out alright. I could have done better on a few spots if I had more time and really cared, but I think they came out pretty slick for 20 bucks and doing most of the work in the dark.
