In my opinion, when you take an item to UPS and ask them to ship it, and it never arrives to the buyer, it is not the sellers fault or responsibility. Sure I am trying to work something out with the buyer, but why should I have to pay for something that could potentially be the shipping companies mistake. When john told me the box was empty upon arrival, I was just as confused as he was when he found it that way.

I think UPS automatically insures up to $100 anyway, at least when I ship from Office Depot. Claim?
