Those guys on the bikes should have just left you alone. There was no reason to harass you.

But 55 on the highway? Last time I was in CA, I was in LA with my family, and those highways were moving like 75+ and packed. 55 seems kinda unsafe. Screw some of the mileage, at least peg the cruise at 65 to close the speed gap a little bit.
