all i have at the moment is a multimeter, i know it would be impossible to get a consistant reading but it would come up with something and jump all over the place from it pulsing if there was power going to it wouldnt it? or would it just read 0.000? cause i checked and expected to see something even if its random flashing numbers but it was a constant 0.000
