Take care of yourself. It's great that you were wearing full gear. Definitely helped in there.

When you comeback to motorcycling, take your time, go at your pace and I'd say don't try to follow the others (if you're in a group ride) in case you overcome your own driving abilities... and the last have fun

Else hum, what about doing some basic track lessons ? That would probably teach you how to take in the curves and understand that body positioning makes a whole lot difference in a turn...
