Does the HF one have locks on the wheels? If not, it'll try to run away from you when you attempt to roll the bike on... and will just roll with the bike when you try to take it off.
HF stuff is notoriously cheesy in its construction. You go there to buy stuff you don't expect to last.

What it does is there are two levers on both ends that when pressed down lifts the wheels off the floor so it won't move.
