When I was looking for a bike to commute I wanted a full fairing, as I ride regardless of weather, within reason. I searched the secondhand market but found nothing but over priced nearly new bikes a new CBR 600 coats $10 000. I did look at a SV650 and an old CBR 900 and came to the conclusion that a new bike with three years warranty, even though it was a 250 was a better buy. After completing 2500Km I am still of that opinion as a commuter bike it’s good if however I was to go touring especially with a passenger it does not have the power needed for comfortable feeling on the road.
