In the summer, i like the solitude and on clear nights seeing the stars just go forever with no cage around me is amazing. But I'm always wary of the blasted black angus cows hanging out on the road soaking up the residual heat. When the full moon is out and you can see the landscape around you under that pale blue feels surreal (and doing that with snow on the ground is otherworldly).
I love riding in the day but night has its joys too. No need to stop rolling simply cause the sun went down.  |
