To rest my backend, I sometimes will go into a full tuck, resting my elbows on my knees. The reduces the weight of my torso sitting on my butt, and also changes my overall position, allowing blood to once again flow to my back end. I end up doing that every 30 minutes or so, and staying there for a good 5 minutes. You may look a little retarded, but the change in position is good. Actually stopping is the best way, but this is just a little alternative.
