We just got through this situation. We both agreed that it would be best to avoid riding or going 2up until after the pregnancy.
We have gone skiing in the first trimester (with doctor approval), because at that point the baby is deep enough in the pelvis that impact trauma is unlikely.
Having gone through a miscarriage as well, as amazing as riding is I wouldn't do it. The pain of miscarriage is crazy, especially if it was preventable.
