There are a couple maps made by Yoshi for their exhaust system. One is for the snorkel, one is for without. That would be a great starting point.
Also, you can get a lot of power out of the stock airbox. Those guys who race CVMA all have their airboxes (and snorkels) to comply with the racing rules. I've seen some of their dyno charts. They're quite impressive.
The other option: LeoVince suggests drilling a pair of 2" diameter holes in the back of the airbox. You could use their LeoVince Fast Fuel ecu and air box mods with an Area P system. That would also be a great starting point.
The yoshi map w/PC or the Leo Vince mods with their ecu might also be spot on. You never know until you try.
