Fair enough. My comment was intended to be tongue-in-cheek. Certainly not meant to offend. I don't believe in selective breeding, unless it is to produce a more-perfect Dalmation.
What I hope we can all agree on is that parents should be responsible. Which, to the best of my knowledge, doesn't make me a believer in Eugenics.
