^this, i broke loose my weighted ends of the handle bars the other day to put on my clip ons with a quarter inch ratchet with a bit attachment no heat needed.... i broke a cheap bit but a better quality one did the trick.
Today i filed and ground the crap out of my WC shift lever in an attempt to make it clear the various parts of the side stand and connector....Round 2 goes to me. It works and my shifter can not be place in a reasonable position. Now I just need to prime and re-paint the lever.
