Technically, the EX250L is the current generation so now the 2008-2012 bikes are "pregen."
That's why I suggest we move away from using that designation. 86/87 is E-gen (EX250E).
What we formerly called "pregen" is now is 250F, F-bike, F-gen, or whatever.
