Last Friday I swapped both my tires back to my used street set and bagged my freshly used racing tires for later use. Remounted my 15-41 gearing setup to preserve my sanity on the hwy.
Saturday rode 200+ miles starting at 5am to avoid the heat and even got to enter the San Jose to Livermore TT. I gridded up alongside Newbee and @
CycleCam303 for the start. We gave Cam a 1 minute head start that evaporated within the first few miles and he quickly faded from sight. The new front suspension was working great at the increased speed and harder braking. In the end after getting stuck behind twinge as many cars as normal we still shaved of 5 mins from the total time from San Jose to Livermore.
Only had to wait 10 or mins for Cam to come rolling up exhausted
