@anacron - Sweet, Kaliber 44 and that song in particular is considered a classic. I know a few Russian artists (mostly street/gangsta though), but I don't really seek Russian out as much, so I can't really throw you anything there. I am biased, I seek Ukrainian over Russian. I know more about certain Polish Hip Hop artists as well because I seek that out too. I liked Persephone's Bee's they have a good sound.
